When I came to the dealership I did not have to wait, it didn't take long at all for the service to be complete.
The service was fine with changing my oil in my truck but the customer service continually asked me the same question at least two times that was a little annoying

On 2 trips from Alabama to Raleigh, my 2002 Chevy Duramax Diesel 2500 4-wheel drive crewcab slowed down on I-20 in Georgia. It slowed down by itself 3 times on the first trip and I thought it was the cruise control. I put it into 3rd gear, then back into drive and it accelerated. It was fine for 4 months. In February, it occurred again after slowing down to a crawl for 30 minutes on the highway for an accident and I discovered that I could put my foot on the gas pedal halfway for it to speed up. I bought a new truck from Sir Walter Chevrolet in November of 2021. I was told it should be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately GM was slow to get it delivered and when January of 2022 rolled around with the truck no closer to making it to the dealership I was beyond frustrated. So after 2 months of waiting and no updates from GM the dealership worked a deal, letting me trade the undelivered truck on an even nicer truck. I had a great buying experience with Mike Foschi and and have great follow up service visits (3). They had the best deals on new Silverados hands down and their price was as advertised, which made the process very quick compared to previous truck buying experiences elsewhere. The store is very clean and has nice amenities while waiting for maintenance work and I’m always offered transportation during my service visits if I don’t want to hang around. I live in Nebraska, 1300 miles away. I found my Camaro on the internet and Sir Walter had it. From my first phone call to Andre on May 27 Till I picked up the car on June 12 this dealership was awesome. They went out of there way on Memorial day weekend to make sure we met a deadline of May 31 to get all the promotions they had going on. They next day airmailed all the paper work to me. Received GREAT customer service from Shawn Brown in the service center. I originally came into fix 2 recalls on my car (one was a recall and the other was a special coverage recall). Not only did he fix both recalls, he also fixed an additional problem with the car that I didn't even know was a special coverage recall. He did all of this is ONE day no less! This experience really exceeded my expectations...WOW! Will be a customer for life!!!!

My sales man Jason 'no hassle' Cassle was wonderful. He never pressured me to look at something I didn't want. He made sure I had everything I needed. He listeined to where I wanted to be for my payments and never pushed over that. He was wonderful and had great customer service.
