Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
EXTREME COMFORT with email, chat, and text communications
No sales experience required

Responsibilities will include:
-Learn internal computer and CRM systems; use systems daily to maximize their benefits to you
-Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of all products we sell, through training and materials
-Know features and benefits of all products, as compared to competitor products, and explain clearly to customers
-Develop buyers through prospecting, referrals, networking, community involvement, showroom & internet leads, etc.
-Greet customers face-to-face, via phone, and online
-Set and hold appointments daily
-Follow up on every lead with professionalism
-Listen to customers' needs, and Find vehicle(s) that best suit customers' needs
-Conduct thorough demonstration of vehicles and related products with customers
-Conduct negotiations with professionalism, Walking customers through entire vehicle purchase/lease transaction, along with Sales and Business Managers
-Deliver purchased vehicle(s) to customers on-site
-Continue to follow up with customers through entire period of ownership and beyond
