12/2007  In today’s society more establishments lack excellent customer service. I would like to commend “Sir Walter Chevrolet” for the excellent customer service provided from all departments. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and created a very friendly atmosphere. Thomas Hamman, your Customer Relation Manager, is an asset to the dealership. He explained the On Star package offers and also demonstrated how to use the On Star. He was extremely helpful with the XM radio feature. Actually, he set up my favorite stations. He went over the other features in the car as well.

If our bus mechanical systems need future repairs, I will not hesitate returning for service. In addition, I will recommend Sir Walter to anyone requiring service to their Chevrolet or GMC products or may be shopping for a new vehicle. We have had service performed at two other dealerships with less than satisfactory results. We are pleased to know that we have found a home for service.

This is the only place I will take my 2001 Blazer. Any repair that has been done has always been explained before the work is done, with an estimate. The final charges have never been more that what I was quoted and my vehicle has always been ready by the time given. I will purchase my next car from them!

6/2006 “The best decision I ever made!”  While shopping recently for a new vehicle I wasn't really considering a Chevrolet or domestic brand. I did however stop by Sir Walter Chevrolet and was surprised on two fronts. The new design of the Impala really caught my eye and the manner of the sales staff changed my mind. I purchased a new Impala from Sir Walter and the sales staff made the buying process almost enjoyable. I was one of those that thought the imports had it all, but it now appears the domestics may be making a comeback. The sales staff at some of the import dealerships seem to have the attitude that one will buy from them no matter what. I am pleased that I looked past the preset notions that I had regarding my new vehicle purchase.
